(in the search box on the taskbar, type outlook, and then select it. Choose ok on all dialog boxes, and then close outlook. Open outlook hit ctrl + 2 (brings up calendar) on the left side under my calendars, make sure the m365 related calendar is being used in my case, it was not. Lastly, from within ‘tmp’, delete any file.
